- To initiate a cancellation, the request must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled shipment of the order.
- A service charge of ₹300 will be deducted from the refund amount for processing the cancellation.
- Login to the portal and initiate the cancellation in the orders section.
- Cancellation can only be initiated if the status of the order has not yet changed to "Shipped".
- Once the cancellation is approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 to 12 working days, minus the ₹300 service charge.
